keep calling my cell phone

I am getting calls from this no. since last few days, either it is a missed call or if I pick up the phone, nobody speaks from the other side. Why the telephone service providers cannot take any action against this type of callers?

this number calls at least 10 times a day and never has any sound if I picked up. So Annoying! Anyone know who it is?

I receive a phone call from this number like 4 times a month is so annoying I already told them not to call me anymore but they keep calling

called my cell phone this morning..when i answered it disconnected, not sure if it was my service or if they hung up. i've never had problems with telemarketers calling my cell phone.

Called me 6 times so far, some in the middle of the night. I've blocked the number now though.

This # called me a few mths ago w a scam stating that I have 3 charges against me for fraud. They had all mu information even though this was a bank acct that had been closed. They have resurfaced and called my job today. I did not take the call and informed all my co-workers to tell them that we know this is a scam and to not contact me anymore.

This phone number has called me numerous times without leaving voicemails.
